Celebrate the Grand Opening of the Purple Palace in Tijuana Mexico on May 12, 2007. Strong Tower Ministries pilot project to rescue the children of Tijuana and build a 15,000 square-foot orphanage started one year ago with a simple visit to the Red Light District. Since that time they have built a safe haven for the children of Tijuana.
